Both the ANM/GNM are demanding posts. Lot of positions are vacant in Govt. & Private Sector and they can get job immediately after pass out. The facilities of Practical Training for Hospital treatment and community centre are provided in Padma Hospital, East Coast Railway Hospital, SUM Hospital, Municipality Hospital, Bhubaneswar and Balipatna & Balakati CHC, enable ANMs/GNMs to get job in private & corporate hospitals in & out of the State. ANM's/GNMs can get knowledge to get job in private and corporate hospitals. One can become more than a regular staff nurse.
